Thank you for shopping with HARD Corp Customs. Because we work with multiple print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by product. All rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Your order may be fulfilled by one or more of the following partners depending on the products ordered:

General Fulfillment (USPS & UPS)

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after processing
International: 7–21 business days after processing
Carrier-calculated rates apply at checkout based on weight and destination.

Apliiq Print On Demand

Production time: 5–10 business days before shipment
Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 10–30 business days after shipment
Domestic rates start at $5.65; international rates vary by destination.

Printify

Production time: 2–7 business days before shipment
Domestic (US): 3–5 business days after shipment
International: 10–20 business days after shipment
Domestic rates start at $5.39; international rates start at $39.99.

Fulfill Engine

Production time: 3–7 business days before shipment
Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 10–21 business days after shipment
Domestic rates start at $9.29; international rates start at $39.99.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Orders containing items from multiple fulfillment partners may ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when placing an international order:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate.
HARD Corp Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Event Registrations

Event registrations (including tickets and entry confirmations) are digital products delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No physical shipping is required. Please check your inbox — and spam folder — after completing your registration.

Note: The GARR Show event is scheduled for July 4th, 2026. Registration confirmations will be sent immediately at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically submitted to our fulfillment partners within 1–2 business days of being placed. Production and shipping timelines begin after your order is received by the fulfillment partner. Total delivery time = processing + production + transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
