Refund policy

Effective Date: February 2, 2026

At HARD Corp Customs, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. This policy applies to eCommerce purchases (racing gear, performance parts, accessories) on hardcorpcustoms.com and any in-shop retail sales of parts/products. Labor, installed parts, custom work, restorations, DYNO tuning sessions, vehicle flips/consignments, and services are non-refundable unless defective.

Returns – eCommerce & Retail Parts

  • 30-Day Return Window: Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging, resalable condition, with proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) may be returned within 30 days of delivery/purchase date for refund or exchange.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us at info@hardcorpcustoms.com or (888) 420-6966 within 30 days with order number, photos of item/packaging, and reason for return.
    2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions (include RA on outside of package).
    3. Ship item back to: HARD Corp Customs
      6050 Stetson Hills Boulevard, #277, Colorado Springs, CO, 80923
       (customer pays return shipping unless defective/damaged on arrival).
    4. Once received and inspected, refund issued to original payment method (minus original shipping fees; 10-15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns). Processing: 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Installed or used parts/products
  • Custom-ordered, special-order, or personalized items
  • Opened/unsealed electrical/electronic components
  • Consumables (fluids, gaskets, filters, chemicals)
  • Painted or modified parts
  • Clearance/sale items marked "final sale"
  • Core charges (refunded only upon return of rebuildable core in same condition)
  • Labor, tuning sessions, restorations, vehicle sales, or consignment fees

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • Inspect upon receipt. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days via email with photos.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and provide replacement or full refund (including original shipping) if fault is ours.
  • Manufacturer defects follow the maker's warranty (we assist with claims).

Refunds

  • Processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless error on our part.
  • No cash refunds for credit card purchases – store credit or original method only.
