Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday

Saturday, July 4, 2026 • NOON – 5:00 PM

Event Overview

Kicking off what we hope becomes Colorado’s biggest outdoor rolling car festival and parade – a Woodward-style cruise-in honoring America’s 250th Birthday.

Approximately 340 participant vehicles (customs, classics, rat rods, hot rods, exotics, overlanders, vintage muscle/Euro/trucks, dealership flagships, and all Colorado car clubs) will rally together, and drive along the route to Manitou Springs, and some onward to the Pikes Peak Highway tollway, upon returning to Downtown Colorado Springs via Hwy24, the Show kicks off at 8:30am. The cruise starts at 11:30am and the Party starts at NOON.

Route: Starting with our regular meet at 6385 Commerce, Colorado Springs → Garden of the Gods, to OCC, along Colorado Ave cruise through historic Old Colorado City → Manitou Springs. Optional Pikes Peak Hwy extension + on 24/Cimarron.

Cruise staging begins 11:30 AM in the Commerce lot. The “cruise-in” style lets normal traffic mingle (just like the famous Woodward Dream Cruise), generating business for every open shop along the route. Limited traffic control needed; cruisers instructed to clear route by 1:30 PM. Free spectator entry for the party later.

Massive Veterans Signature Banner as the centerpiece backdrop – soldiers from 4ID, 10th Special Forces Group, and all veterans/active-duty invited to sign live on-site.
Special recognition for veteran-owned and veteran-driven vehicles.
Vendor row restricted exclusively to veteran-owned businesses (Some gun stores, veteran non-profits, veteran owned car clubs and other patriotic vendors).
Food trucks available for spectators and participants.

$2,500 HARD Corp Customs Labor & Restoration Subscription given away via silent auction (90% of auction proceeds to the 10 veteran charities on-site).

Long-Term Impact

The GARR Show will be operated through the dedicated nonprofit GARR Foundation for full transparency and sustainability. 30% of ALL sponsorship revenue donated directly to the 10 veteran charities present (minimum ~3% each).

This event aligns perfectly with the City of Colorado Springs’, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs goals for community engagement, veteran support, and national celebration in a safe, well-organized format.
